Gather What Applies to Your Situation

Not every item on this checklist will apply to every taxpayer. Review each category and collect the documents that are relevant to your situation. If you're unsure whether something applies to you, bring it anyway — it's always better to have more than less.

Once you've gathered your documents, contact us to schedule your appointment or submit them securely through our contact form.
